As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and extensions, all while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Duties
- Perform professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and texturing services using the latest techniques and tools
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hair care treatments or styles
- Apply hair extensions, color theory principles, and advanced coloring techniques to achieve customized results
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by disinfecting tools and workstations after each client
Skills
- Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styles
- Proficiency in salon software platforms such as MINDBODY for efficient store management and client tracking
- Skilled in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and color correction based on color theory knowledge
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and understand their needs

- Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to mentor junior team members and share expertise in cosmetology practices
