HEIR Clean Beauty is welcoming experienced stylists who want the independence of a salon suite with the community, support, and structure of a boutique salon.

This is an opportunity for professionals who want ownership of their chair and clientele while working inside a beautiful, collaborative salon environment.

Position: Colorist / Stylist
Position Type: Chair Rental Hybrid

Who You Are

• A licensed and experienced stylist or colorist who specializes in color (balayage, foiling, corrective work, etc.)
• Established clientele preferred
• You care about the client experience as much as the final result
• You value professionalism, relationships, and growth
• Your chair is a space of connection, transformation, and trust

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Cosmetology License
• Experience behind the chair
• Local established & growing clientele
