Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the barbering industry.
• Skilled in traditional barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and precision haircuts.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients effectively.
• Ability to perform retail sales through upselling while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Familiarity with store management practices including retail math for inventory control.
