LAICALE is an international salon and creative brand established almost 40 years ago in 1988, with roots in Italy and Japan, an 18-year history in editorial, and a 27 year presence in SoHo since 1999.
For more than three decades, LAICALE has brought together exceptional hair artistry, fashion, editorial work, and an elevated salon experience. One thing that makes LAICALE special is the longevity of our team. Many of our stylists and colorists have chosen to build their careers with us for years, developing established salon clientele while continuing to work across editorial, fashion, celebrities, and other creative projects.
The Salon
Situated at Grand and Crosby, LAICALE is at the center of SoHo’s vibrant fashion, retail, and creative energy, with exceptional visibility and a constant flow of activity.
Our spacious, high-energy, light-filled salon offers an elevated yet welcoming environment where established professionals can serve their clientele, grow their business, and work alongside an experienced team of stylists and colorists.
The atmosphere is creative, energetic, professional, and collaborative, bringing together accomplished professionals with diverse backgrounds in salon, editorial, fashion, and celebrity work.
The Opportunity
We are looking to welcome a select number of established Stylists and/or Colorists seeking a prestigious SoHo environment where they can grow and run their business while becoming part of the Laicale brand.
Both commission and chair rental structures are available, providing flexibility based on your clientele, business model, and career goals.
This opportunity is designed for established professionals who want the independence to build their own business while benefiting from the energy, visibility, creative community, and reputation of an established international salon.
Who We’re Looking For

Are experienced Stylists and/or Colorists
Bring an established clientele and are looking for a new salon home
Deliver an elevated, client-focused experience
