Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Reliable and excited to grow in a professional salon setting

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Valid NYS Cosmetology License
• W-2 employee status only
• Graduated from beauty school between 2022-2025
• Either recent salon experience or a recent cosmetology school graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude
• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time
• Take initiative in helping stylists and ensuring the salon runs smoothly
• Perform daily cleaning and organization tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Set up and break down salon stations as needed
• Check out clients and assist in booking future appointments
• Stay alert to hair on the floor—keep the space clean and flowing
• Organize color/product areas weekly and assist with inventory
• Actively participate in weekly trainings and model work
• Attend staff meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Be proactive in keeping the salon tidy and presentable
