• Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative services.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, tools, and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Assist with retail sales of hair care products and tools to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
• Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting and coloring.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of retail sales practices related to beauty products is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Certification or license in cosmetology or relevant field is required.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
