What You Bring
2+ years of experience behind the chair
A valid NJ Cosmetology License
Confidence in both cutting and coloring
Openness to feedback, education, and continuous growth
A shared commitment to professionalism, inclusivity, and respect
What You’ll Do
Deliver thoughtful cuts and color services with consistency and care
Create personalized experiences by listening closely to your clients
Use Boulevard (or similar software) to manage appointments and client notes
Educate clients on styling and product care in a natural, honest way
Maintain a clean, organized station and high service standards
Support retail in a way that feels authentic and client-focused
