Shampoo Person / Assistant
Play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in running a smooth salon environment. You will assist stylists and clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable salon experience.Responsibilities
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair as directed by stylists
- Assist with applying color treatments and other hair care services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon stations and shampoo area
- After training, you will be needed to blowout various clients, provided you've completed blowout training
- Support stylists during appointments by preparing tools and materials
- Apply proper shampoos, conditioners, and treatments
- Promote retail sales of hair care products to clients
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with shampooing and dealing with clients is a plus
