Responsibilities
- Perform luxury-level color services with creativity and precision
- Execute balayage, blonding, highlighting, single/double process, glossing, and corrective color
- Provide thorough and personalized color consultations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Collaborate with stylists, assistants, and management to ensure seamless service
- Uphold the salon's elevated brand and guest experience standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional color experience in a salon environment
- Expertise in modern color techniques and current trends
- Strong understanding of color theory, formulation, and hair health
- Polished communication and client-care skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and poised in a luxury setting
