The Role

As a Full-Time Commission Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, blowouts, styling, and other services within your skill set
• Build and maintain your own clientele
• Deliver an elevated, personalized guest experience
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming workspace
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and contribute to a positive salon culture
• Continue developing your technical skills and staying current with trends and techniques
• Recommend professional products and services that support your clients' hair goals
• Participate in salon education, team meetings, and ongoing development

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

• Licensed and experienced as a Maine cosmetologist
• Confident performing color and cutting services
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Friendly, professional, and personable
• Reliable and motivated
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality
• Comfortable consulting with clients and making service recommendations
• Interested in building long-term client relationships
• A team player who contributes positively to the salon environment
• Excited to continue learning and developing their craft

Existing clientele is a plus, but we're also open to the right stylist who is looking to build their book.
