At Sunny Bunny, you’re trusted to run your business like a pro—with the support of a team that actually has your back. Here's what that looks like: Show up for your clients with intention, kindness, and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized station and shared space Manage your schedule, pricing, and service timing Keep your license and insurance up to date Participate in monthly 1:1 coaching sessions Collaborate with teammates to foster a drama-free, positive environment Stay curious—continue learning, growing, and evolving your craft We’re not about micromanagement. Requirements

We’re looking for stylists who are: Licensed in Massachusetts (or in the process of transferring your license) Experienced behind the chair (2+ years preferred, but not a dealbreaker) Comfortable managing your own schedule and pricing Aligned with our values: kindness, autonomy, collaboration, and growth Open to monthly 1:1 coaching to support your goals Willing to maintain a clean, respectful, and welcoming space for all Bonus if you: Have a loyal clientele Love sharing your work on social media Are excited about color, extensions, or niche specialties Are left leaning Are open to incorporating a wellness or healing modality into your appointments (think: scalp massage, reiki, aromatherapy, meditation, etc.)
