Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality haircut and/or color services aligned with salon methods. Provide thoughtful consultations and personalized client experiences. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards. Participate in ongoing education and in-house training. Work collaboratively with the salon team. Uphold eco-conscious practices in daily services.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license (or actively in process, if applicable) Professional attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow salon-specific techniques Commitment to client care and hair health Ability to work well within a team environment Experience is a plus — willingness to learn is essential. Minimum experience level: at least 2 years.
