Hair Stylist Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Hair Stylist Assistant to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced salon environment, has a positive attitude, is a recent graduate from Cosmetology School, and is passionate about the beauty industry.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salon clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.
• Perform shampoos and assist with client hair care services.
• Assist hairstylists with daily salon tasks and services as needed.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and helping maintain a smooth salon flow.
• Multitask efficiently while managing several responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Help prepare workstations and ensure the salon is ready for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming salon atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Previous salon experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexible and dependable availability is important.
