Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Hair Stylist to join our small, established salon inside the Dedham Health & Athletic Club. This unique role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele while growing your business in a high-traffic fitness and wellness environment.

The ideal candidate has an existing client base and is also open to welcoming new clients from our club community.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering expert advice on hair care and styling.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
