We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, barbering and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Willing to be a part of a team that will service our clients to the best experience possible.Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and creativity.
- Provide hair styling services.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Must come with clientele. Shop is in a heavily trafficked area, so we'll be able to build your client base in the future.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of retail math.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- 1 year of barbering experience (Preferred).
