Who We're Looking For
Someone who is reliable and punctual. When it comes to detail, we need someone who is proactive with the needs of the salon in mind.
Professional — we are a small salon, energy and communication matter.
Comfortable receiving feedback. This is a learning environment and we want someone who can take direction, ask questions and continue improving.
Interested in the beauty industry. This is an ideal opportunity for a cosmetology student, recent graduate or newer stylist who wants hands-on experience and continued education.
Previous salon experience is helpful but not required. Reliability, attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important to us than having years of experience.
Our goal is to find someone who wants to become a genuine part of The Diosa Den — not simply fill a shift.
