What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hairstylist who is:

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

• Valid NYS Cosmetology License
• 8+ years of recent experience behind the chair
• Flexible availability
• Recent salon experience

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to determine needs and desired outcomes
• Provide professional services including shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting
• Educate clients on product benefits and recommend retail products
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Meet monthly service and retail goals
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing education sessions
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the salon floor
• Actively network to grow clientele
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
