Spa Attendant at Complexions Spa
Complexions Spa is currently accepting resumes for a detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this essential role, you'll help maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests while supporting our service providers and enhancing the overall spa experience.If you're passionate about wellness, take pride in cleanliness and organization, and enjoy helping others feel cared for — you'll feel right at home here. Responsibilities
- Maintain spa cleanliness by following established procedures for treatment rooms, restrooms, stock rooms, reception areas, and locker rooms
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and linens; maintain the laundry area and dressing rooms
- Prepare and serve beverages, spa lunches, and light refreshments
- Bake cookies daily and ensure all food/beverage items are presented attractively and hygienically
- Clean and load dishes into the dishwasher after use
- Keep public areas — including the spa lobby, locker rooms, and waiting areas — neat and presentable at all times
- Straighten magazines and refresh flower arrangements (replace water as needed)
- Ensure all areas meet spa and salon sanitation standards, supporting state licensing and health regulations
- Assist staff and management with various operational needs to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a spa environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor with guests and coworkers alike
- Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated to work independently with little or no direction
- Neat and professional appearance
- Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
- Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
