Majesty’s Pleasure is launching a new Blow Dry + Treatment Bar within our Flatiron beauty and hospitality destination.

Our vision is simple: expert blowouts, premium hair treatments and exceptional hospitality—the place you visit between your cut & colour.

Plus, we have a café and cocktail bar for guests to enjoy.

We’re looking for talented, confident Blow Dry Stylists who love hair, hospitality and making people feel amazing.

THE ROLE

• Create customized blowouts and hot-tool styles

• Work confidently across all hair types, textures, lengths and densities

• Create smooth, sleek, polished, voluminous and textured finishes

• Consult with guests on their style and hair needs

• Perform professional OLAPLEX treatments

• Recommend treatments and products based on each guest’s needs

• Deliver warm, personalized and memorable guest experiences

• Maintain excellent technical, sanitation and service standards

• Keep your station clean, organized and guest-ready

• Participate in OLAPLEX + GHD education and training

• Support a positive, collaborative team environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current New York State Cosmetology License

• Strong blow-dry and hot-tool skills

• Confidence working across all hair types and textures

• Excellent consultation and communication skills

• Efficient, reliable and detail-oriented

• Passionate about hair health and beautiful results

• Warm, polished and guest-focused

• Professional and team-oriented

• Excited to learn OLAPLEX treatments, products and protocols

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

COMPENSATION + PERKS

$17.50/hour + tips + productivity bonuses + applicable commissions

The more you perform, the more you earn:

• $1.50 per qualifying add-on

• $3 extra per blowout after 20 blowouts

• Up to $10 per membership sold
