Position Summary
We’re seeking experienced hairstylists (2+ years behind the chair) who want to grow within a supportive, modern salon environment. The ideal candidate values craftsmanship, community, and ongoing learning. What You’ll Do
Provide high‑quality haircutting, styling, coloring, and chemical service for a diverse client base.
Collaborate with the team on promotions, retail strategies, and client experience initiatives.
Participate in ongoing education, in‑house workshops, and peer mentoring.
Contribute to a positive, supportive salon culture — including shared space upkeep and respectful client/staff interactions.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment.
Valid NY cosmetology license.
Strong technical skills in cutting, color, and styling; ability to consult effectively with clients.
Client-focused, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage appointments, retail, and client records.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to participate in shared salon initiatives and education.
