Responsibilities

-Make every guest feel confident, cared for, and understood through personalized services. -Take the time to consult with guests so their hair fits their lifestyle, vision, and personality. -Keep our space welcoming, inclusive, and professional for guests and teammates alike. -Continue to grow your skills through ongoing education and training opportunities. -Support and collaborate with your fellow stylists and team members. -Represent Maven’s values inside and outside the salon.

Requirements

-3+ years behind the chair preferred (but strong talent and drive matter most) -Skilled in modern color techniques, precision cutting, and customized consultations -Open to learning the Maven Experience and staying current with trends and education -Committed to clear, respectful communication with guests and team -Must be comfortable working with and affirming all genders, races, and identities, using correct names and pronouns -Licensed in Massachusetts
