Duties
- Assist hairstylists with daily salon operations and client needs.
- Greet clients, offer refreshments, and help ensure a welcoming salon experience.
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for hair services as directed.
- Prepare and maintain workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the day.
- Assist with color preparation, product organization, and inventory management.
- Help with appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Support stylists during color services, blowouts, and other salon treatments.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and coworkers.
- Follow salon sanitation procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
