Licensed hairstylists (MA cosmetology License required) At least 2 years of recent salon experience with clientele Strong skills in cutting, styling and coloring techniques Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences A team player who is eager to contribute to a positive salon culture Stays up to date with the latest techniques and trends Passionate, creative and detail oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Responsibilities

All hair services, including cutting, trimming, blow drying, styling, recommendations to clients, coloring, foils, updos, conditioning, balayage. Keeping work area clean and sanitized and product promotion

Requirements

Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License At least two years of experience. Some established clientele
