We offer wigs, hair systems, toppers and we do hair replacement, bonding, extensions and scalp and hair loss rejuvenation programs. If you love your craft but are looking for a more fulfilling, rewarding path than a traditional hair salon, this is it. You will work one-on-one with clients in a discreet, private setting, guiding them through their hair recovery or replacement journey. Some prior experience in alternative hair is a bonus — we will provide comprehensive, specialized training for the right person. We are looking for the right licensed cosmetologist with skills, compassion and TLC to become part of our staff and to care for our clients. It is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do in our field, we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Alternative Hair Services: Offering wigs, toppers, extensions, and specialized scalp rejuvenation treatments.
• Client Consultations: Conduct private, compassionate consultations to help new clients prepare for their hair loss solutions and understand their options.
• Compassionate Care: Deliver exceptional "TLC" to clients experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions (like chemotherapy or alopecia) or natural thinning.

What We Are Looking For

• Active Cosmetology License: Must be a currently licensed cosmetologist in good standing.
• Strong Hair Cutting Skills: Exceptional cutting, texturizing, and blending skills are essential, as alternative hair requires precision customization.
• Deep Empathy and Compassion: A warm, sensitive, and patient demeanor to support clients during vulnerable moments.
• Professional Discretion: Respect for client privacy and strict adherence to a confidential, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Cosmetology License (Required)
• At least 1 year of salon experience (Required)
• Willingness to wear a mask when clients are in-house if needed
