• Uphold strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Offer personalized product recommendations and upselling opportunities to boost retail sales and improve client results
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments with professionalism and warmth
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering, makeup application, and retail strategies to foster a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques
• Proficiency in salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment management and retail tracking
• Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends
• Skilled in hair extensions application, straight razor shaving, eyelash extensions, and nail care procedures
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice on styles and treatments
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products effectively
• Experience with store management or leadership roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for mentoring others is highly valued
