Lindsay Griffin & Co is an award-winning salon located in the heart of Ball Square, Somerville. We're known for our balayage expertise, curly haircuts, and collaborative team culture.

We're looking for a talented and motivated Stylist who's ready to grow in a supportive, creative environment where education, artistry, and teamwork come first.

Who You Are

• A licensed stylist with at least 3 years of floor experience
• Confident in your craft – from color and cutting to client communication
• Strong in consultations and building client relationships
• A true team player who thrives in a supportive, positive salon environment
• Excited to continue learning, sharing, and inspiring
