Take Down Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Take Down Specialist to join our salon team.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while performing hair care services, including washing, blow-drying, and braiding. A strong knowledge of hair care products and techniques is a plus.

This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a comfortable salon experience. 

• Wash, condition, and prepare hair for styling or take down.

• Perform blow-drying, detangling, and braiding services as needed.

• Offer hair care advice and product recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.

• Follow salon policies and procedures to ensure client safety and satisfaction.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking products.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hair care, braiding, or styling preferred.

• Knowledge of hair types and proper care techniques.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Preferred: Cosmetology license or relevant certification.

• Experience with hair take-down services and protective styles.
