What We're Looking For
A highly motivated, kind and talented stylist looking for a place to build a clientele and work in a friendly, professional and approachable atmosphere. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team oriented, no-drama environment are a must. We are looking for a stylist who is very comfortable with doing on-trend color, ranging from bright blondes, dimensional brunettes, vibrant reds and grey coverage to precision haircutting, soft layered cuts with movement and men's cutting. Our stylists are very booked and we are unable to accommodate the demand we currently have. This is a rare opportunity to build a clientele quickly.
Responsibilities
*arriving to work on time and professional everyday *servicing your clients in a timely and upbeat manner-delivering high quality work *keeping a clean & tidy workstation and helping to maintain general salon cleanliness throughout the workday
Requirements
* Active Massachusetts cosmetology license. * Strong communication and consultation skills with a focus on client experience * Positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality * Dependable, professional, and committed to ongoing growth and education
