• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to enhance client satisfaction.
• Upsell salon products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
• Foster strong relationships through effective communication skills and attentive client consultation to ensure repeat business.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a solid portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles.
• Knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and the latest trends in hair styling.
• Skilled in hair care treatments, including nourishing treatments and the application of hair extensions.
• Experience working with various hair types and textures while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering is required; additional training in nail care or makeup is a plus.
