Stylists ideally can begin right away, grow their business, operate with maximum flexibility, and contribute to a vibrant and loving community. The salon has been in the Village of Rhinebeck for 12 years, has lasting long-term client relationships, and is growing quickly at a consistent pace. We need stylists who have been working behind the chair for at least 5+ years and who are passionate and ambitious artists. Additional responsibilities include handling the phone and placing small product orders. You're welcome to bring your clientele with you. This is commission based. *Stylists with a full clientele should inquire about our rental options. We would love to have a conversation and see if this could be the right fit for you.

Requirements

• NYS Cosmetology License
• 5+ years active behind the chair / working in a salon on customers
• Management skills
• Customer service skills
• 3 professional references
• Some flexible weekend availability

• Coloring, cutting, and styling
• Arriving early for appointments
