About the Role

We are seeking a Hair Stylist to join our talented team. Ideally, candidates will have a clientele, though a small one is acceptable. We are looking for a full-time employee who is available on weekends.

Our salon is a creative and fun space where talented stylists can thrive and express their artistry.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair, a strong skill set in cutting and coloring, and a desire to create beautiful, personalized styles for every client.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of hairstyling services, including cuts, colors, blowouts, and treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable services and products
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
• Mentor and collaborate with junior stylists to promote a supportive team culture

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon setting
• Proficiency in various cutting, coloring, and blonding techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
