Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of hair services, confident working with all hair types, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
Work confidently with all hair types, textures, and styles (1A to 4C experience is a must).
Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend professional products
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote and upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license (required)
Strong knowledge of color theory and hair care techniques
Ability to work with diverse hair types and textures
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using booking systems and basic salon technology (preferred)
