Join the SimpleeBEAUTIFUL team in Harlem and manage your business in a luxurious boutique setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Diane Da Costa, a master textured pioneer, author of Textured Tresses, and renowned expert in the natural hair care industry.Who We're Looking For
- Natural hair stylists, braiders, or barbers with 5+ years of experience.
- Stylists with a passion for textured hair, braiding, or barbering.
- Professionals seeking to grow their business while working in a collaborative, upscale environment.
- Strong existing clientele is a plus.
- New stylists looking to rent 1–2 days to grow their business while perfecting their skills. (Special rates for newly graduated.)
Experience
- Valid cosmetology, natural hairstyling, or barbering license is required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence as a solopreneur.

Rates
Day Rate
- $85 half day (4 hours)
- $175 a day / Barbers rate TBD
Weekly Rate
- $375–$400 for 3 to 5 days
