Booth Renter Requirements

• Type 2 Cosmetology License (Valid in MA)
• Type 4 Booth Shop License (Valid in MA)
• General Liability Insurance
• General, Property & Product Liability Insurance (Optional)
• Independent Contractor IRS Tax Forms
• Signed Rental Agreement

• Supplies & Tools
• Cleanliness

Note: Tools and Supplies will be provided at a cost. Cost will be discussed and approved by both Booth Renter (you) and Salon Owner (Jennifa Styles Frediani)

I take pride in my business and care about how everyone feels. I keep a clean and sanitized space. Client Retention is very important to me.

Rental Rates

Booth Renters will pay (negotiable):

• $40 a day (1/2 day) during the hours of 8am-8pm
• $60 a day (full day) during the hours of 8am-8pm

During the interview, both myself and the renter will decide all expectations. I will cater to the renter and accommodate their needs.
