What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced, part-time hairstylist to join our team, with availability to work Monday through Wednesday. The right fit is reliable, communicative, and brings a calm, positive presence to the salon. Being respectful of time, supportive of teammates, and focused on creating a great client experience are important to us. Men’s cutting experience is a plus, but overall we’re most excited about someone who enjoys their craft and values a healthy, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, this stylist will provide hair services including color, cutting, and styling for an established and growing clientele. You’ll focus on thoughtful consultations and delivering a positive client experience while working alongside a supportive team. Some days are busier than others, so adaptability is helpful. You’ll maintain a clean, professional workstation, support basic salon operations as needed, and for those who are licensed and interested, there is also an opportunity to offer nail services.

Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years of hands-on salon experience -Confidence performing a full range of color services and haircuts -Reliable, punctual, and professional -Positive attitude with strong communication skills -Team-oriented and respectful of shared spaces and schedules -Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a steady flow of clients -Emotionally intelligent and comfortable working with a variety of clients and personalities
