Front Desk Receptionist at Rob Rivers Salon & Spa

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and uphold our high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings via phone and in person.
• Assist guests during check-out.
• Address guests' needs and queries upon arrival.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Assisting with laundry, stocking, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.
• Confidence in engaging with guests.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salon Target Software (or other booking systems) is a plus.
• Ability to lift boxes and climb stairs.
• A proactive and friendly attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Punctuality.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Maintains a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Professional and polite in guest interactions.
• Adaptable to the dynamic beauty industry.
• Works effectively in close collaboration with others.
• Must be able to work evenings and Saturday shifts.

Compensation

The initial hourly salary is set at $17.35, with an increase to $18.00/hr once you have completed training. Pay will increase based on individual performance as time progresses.
