Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Salon Receptionist to be the "air traffic controller" of our busy, fast-paced salon. You are the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring every client's journey is seamless, from the first phone call to the final checkout.

What You Will Do

• Master the Flow: Manage a fast-moving booking calendar, optimizing stylist transitions and minimizing wait times.
• Guest Experience: Warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle multiple phone lines and DMs with grace and professionalism.
• Retail & Growth: Confidently recommend professional retail products (including R+Co, R+Co Bleu, and Wow brands) and suggest service upgrades or add-ons.
• Operational Support: Process payments accurately via POS, manage daily reconciliations, and coordinate with our styling team to ensure stations are prepped and the salon remains pristine.
• Brand Voice: Assist with basic social media engagement (Instagram) and promotional updates to keep our clients informed and excited.
