We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and uphold our high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage appointment bookings via phone and in person.
Assist guests during check-out.
Address guests' needs and queries upon arrival.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Assisting with laundry, stocking, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.
Confidence in engaging with guests.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Salon Target Software (or other booking systems) is a plus.
Ability to lift boxes and climb stairs.
A proactive and friendly attitude.
Reliable transportation.
Punctuality.
Team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Maintains a positive, friendly demeanor.
Professional and polite in guest interactions.
Adaptable to the dynamic beauty industry.
Works effectively in close collaboration with others.
Must be able to work evenings and Saturday shifts.

Compensation

The initial hourly salary is set at $17.35, with an increase to $18.00/hr once you have completed training. Pay will increase based on individual performance as time progresses.
