Medspa Assistant at MM Aesthetics
MM Aesthetics is a boutique medspa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments. We're seeking a motivated and polished Medspa Assistant to support our lead injector and manage the front desk and all administrative duties.Responsibilities
- Assist injector with treatment setup, cleanup, and client flow
- Help with marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and events
- Support with appointment scheduling, check-ins/outs, and basic admin work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
- Capture and create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Strategize a content schedule and keep up with current social media trends for our Medspa to participate in
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Able to use creativity to come up with post ideas for Instagram/TikTok
- Organized and able to multitask
- Passion for aesthetics and wellness
- Prior experience in a Medspa, Spa, or luxury store setting
- Able to upsell products and services
