Receptionist at L27 Lashes

We are a busy, high-rated lash salon located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality service in a warm and welcoming environment. We're currently looking for a receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
• Help with scheduling appointments and managing bookings
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support technicians and overall salon operations

Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Friendly, professional, and well-organized
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Previous receptionist or salon experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Must be punctual and dependable
