Part Time Esthetician

In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, provide personalized skincare consultations, and create a welcoming environment for clients seeking beauty and relaxation services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals while fostering a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, hydrafacials, dermaplaning, etc.
• Deliver spa services that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and skin health, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support their ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions about treatments, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Comfortable filming/being on camera for content and marketing purposes.
• Specific availability required: Monday, Friday & Saturdays are a must.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist with knowledge of various aesthetic treatments.
• Strong background in spa services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their individual needs.
• Experience in retail sales related to skincare products is preferred but not required.
• Certification or licensing as an esthetician.
• A passion for skincare innovation, customer service excellence, and continuous learning in aesthetic treatments.
