Esthetician at Sofie Pavitt Studio

Sofie Pavitt Studio is looking for a talented, experienced Esthetician to join our high-performing team. We're known for our fast-paced environment, advanced extraction work, and exceptional client retention. What You'll Do

• Perform result-driven facials with a focus on extractions and problematic skin (acne, congestion, texture concerns).
• Maintain an exceptional client experience with strong communication and follow-through.
• Build and retain a strong client base through expertise, professionalism, and consistency.
• Keep accurate treatment notes and follow studio protocols.
• Assist with daily studio operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician in New York State.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy studio, spa, or dermatology setting.
• Strong extraction skills and a passion for corrective skincare.
• Experience with Aerolase or other lasers is a plus (training available).
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Must be available to work weekends if needed.
