- Strong experience with facials and advanced skin treatments
- Preferred: European school of skin background or similar training
- Preferred: Russian-speaking; German or any other language is a plus
- Professional, detail-oriented, independent, and reliable
- High standards and ownership mindset
Skills
- Proven experience in esthetician roles with expertise in facial treatments, laser therapy, and related skincare procedures
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices
- Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY for efficient operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within spa or salon environments
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Med spa experience or background in hospitality is a plus for providing a welcoming guest experience
