We are seeking a Wellness Receptionist with proven experience in luxury hospitality, high-end spas, medical aesthetics, concierge services, or boutique wellness spaces. Our clients expect white glove service from the moment they walk through the door and we are looking for someone who naturally delivers that standard.

About The Role

As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire client experience. You are calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident working with clients who are investing significantly in their wellness.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked in:

• Luxury spas or medspas
• Medical offices or aesthetic clinics
• High-end hotels, concierge desks, or private clubs
• Upscale salons or wellness studios

Core Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all clients
• Plan and create content for our social media accounts
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and client flow
• Handle payments, memberships, and package sales confidently
• Communicate clearly with providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Respond to calls, texts, and messages with professionalism
• Anticipate client needs and resolve concerns discreetly and efficiently
• Uphold privacy, discretion, and luxury service standards at all times

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in reception, hospitality, or client-facing roles
• Experience working with high-value clientele
• Strong communication, presence, and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable discussing premium services, memberships, and pricing
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, elevated environment

This role is not suitable for applicants without prior professional front-desk, reception, or hospitality experience.

• Spa, wellness, medspa, or medical office experience
• Sales or membership-based service experience
• Scheduling software or CRM experience
