JinGuTownSpa is hiring a Store Manager for our Bay Shore, NY location.We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused manager to oversee daily store operations, support staff, maintain service quality, and help the business run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Help train and supervise employees
- Handle customer questions, appointments, and basic issues
- Monitor supplies, store performance, and daily reports
- Communicate with ownership about operations and improvements
Requirements
- Previous management or spa/wellness/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work weekends or flexible hours as needed
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus, but not required
