The Opportunity
This is not a traditional receptionist position only. We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to serve as the face of Evergreen Spa while overseeing the daily operations of the facility. This individual will lead by example, ensure every guest receives impeccable service, and supervise our front-of-house team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
The ideal candidate has a background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, high-end spas, private clubs, or premium guest service environments and understands that every interaction contributes to the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Supervise and support receptionists, therapists, and housekeeping.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Handle reservations, scheduling, guest inquiries, and special requests.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assist ownership with operational improvements and team development.
- Help cultivate a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, upscale spas, wellness centers, concierge services, or similar guest-focused environments.
- Proven experience supervising and leading a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Comfortable using booking systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications.
- Flexible schedule - weekends and holidays.
