Spa Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a talented team of staff members. Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and support the spa team while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Schedule staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, and resolving issues professionally.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out, and processing payments as needed.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa at all times.
• Oversee inventory, monitor supplies, and coordinate restocking when necessary.
• Train and mentor new team members and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
• Work collaboratively with the team and step into any role when needed to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the business.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Previous leadership or management experience is required
• Open availability with a flexible schedule
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team while maintaining a positive work environment
• Willingness to jump in and assist with daily operations whenever needed
