Spa Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Spa Manager to lead our spa facility with passion and professionalism.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a talented team of staff members. Your leadership will drive the success of our spa services, cultivate a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, takes initiative, and leads by example with an "all hands on deck" approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and support the spa team while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Schedule staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out, and processing payments as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa at all times.
- Oversee inventory, monitor supplies, and coordinate restocking when necessary.
- Train and mentor new team members and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
- Work collaboratively with the team and step into any role when needed to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the business.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Previous leadership or management experience is required
- Open availability with a flexible schedule
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Willingness to jump in and assist with daily operations whenever needed
