Client Experience Manager at notJUSTLIPS
At notJUSTLIPS, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and is passionate about beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.This is more than a front desk position. You'll be an important part of our team, helping create a welcoming experience for every client, supporting daily clinic operations, and helping our practice grow.
This role combines client experience, sales, social media, and daily clinic operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to become an important part of our growing practice. We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, and excited to represent our brand both in the clinic and on social media, as well as someone who truly enjoys helping people, makes clients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. We believe great client experience starts with genuine kindness, empathy, and the desire to make someone's day a little better.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Keep the daily schedule organized and communicate with providers throughout the day
- Answer calls, texts, emails, and social media messages
- Follow up with clients and help them schedule future appointments
- Educate clients about treatments, skincare, and products
- Help clients choose services that fit their goals
- Support clinic sales and monthly performance goals
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Open and close the clinic
- Create Instagram stories, answer questions on social media, and feel comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Help improve the overall client experience and clinic operations
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Has a genuine interest in aesthetics, beauty, and skincare
- Has a polished, put-together appearance and enjoys representing a beauty brand
- Feels comfortable on camera and representing the clinic on social media
- Is confident recommending treatments and enjoys sales
- Is organized, reliable, and pays attention to details
- Communicates well in person, over the phone, and through text
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Works well in a team and has a positive attitude
- Wants to grow with the company
