We are seeking a proactive and friendly Guest Experience Coordinator to join a busy luxury nail salon in Midtown. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.Duties
- Deliver a personalized, luxury guest experience by anticipating client needs, offering refreshments, assisting with color and design choices, and ensuring every visit is enjoyable and memorable
- Maintaining cleanliness, beauty, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the shift
- Provide day-to-day support to nail technicians, helping resolve client communication, operational, and workplace issues so they can focus on delivering services
Requirements

- Experience in luxury client service
- Strong teamwork skills

- Ability to manage conflict situations with demanding clients
