Amaryllis House of Beauty is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our busy luxury salon. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of salon management experience who can confidently oversee daily operations, manage a large team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.Requirements
- 5+ years of salon management experience (required)
- Experience managing a busy, high-volume salon
- Experience with Vagaro booking software (required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English and Russian (required)
- Spanish is a plus
- Must provide professional references from previous employers
Responsibilities
